Arthur will be missed by all but will live in memories of his friends and family. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Joan; three sons: Duan, Jeffery and Mannie; two daughters, Elaine and Sheila; two grandchildren, Duan and Crystal Tompkins; one great granddaughter, Tommyana Tompkins; two sisters, Eleanor Drake(Clifford) and Vivian duncan, both of Cleveland; many nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
