I would like to say sorry for your loss, even though we've never met, I know how it feels when a loved one dies. One scripture that helps me (hopefully it'll help you too) is Revelaton 21: 3,4. You can also visit Jw.org, where you can find out why we die, how we can see our loved ones we lost in death and how we can live forever. I pray that your family finds comfort during this time.

Dear Jackson family. I am so sorry to have read of the death of Barbara. Please accept my sincere condolences. I would like to share something that I have personally found to be comforting. (Please read) May God give you and your family comfort in His promise that soon we will never experience losing our loved ones in death and we will be able to see them again once they are resurrected.
