The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: This is a very sad time in the loss of Tootsie. Her family, friends and all of the "kids" that were cared by her during their Euclid school days has lost a very caring and giving person. I am especially grateful for her being in our lives.
